At Staridamall, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all men's apparel purchased from https://staridamall.com, including casual tops, shirts, jackets, men's trousers and shorts.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags and packaging are still attached.
- The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product (if any).

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Intimate apparel or items with hygiene seals that have been broken (if applicable).

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and return address (if applicable).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or suitable alternative).
- Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee delivery of returned packages without tracking.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, product defect, or damage upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size selected, or other customer preferences, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your statement.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at [email protected]. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure faster delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all related shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. Some payment methods may take longer to process. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase, without giving any reason. This cooling-off period applies to all products except those that are personalized or sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
